Content Wrapper setting is specially focused for the single-page article. It will disable the popup on that page and enable blurring the content with the AdBlock message as shown in the figure.
How To Enable Content Wrapper Settings?
You find the settings under the Plugin Settings label as Content Wrapper. You must enable this setting.
These settings will not affect your content. I will just blur the content. Search Console and Other trackers can easily track your content.

Yes, You don’t need to do anything. Just enable the feature from settings. The plugin works perfectly.
